Phase I
Knowledge-pool Implementation
GCC will work together with CIMS' team to deploy a Knowledge Management System

Time frame is an estimated and variable factor. However, all the software, hardware, and Network preparations have to be done before Stage III in September, 2005.
  • Suggestion and ideas are all welcome.
  • Many activities can be done parallely, time frame only acts as a benchmark for all teams
