Installation of the Wide Area GroupFlow System (WAGS):

- Read this document before you start the installation procedure.

- The installation files and screen-movies have only been tested
  with Windows 95 (TM). 

- You need an installation of Lotus Notes 4.6 (TM) or later to use
  the Wide Area GroupFlow System. Without it, installation does not 
  make sense since the graphical tools or the runtime engine won't
  work.
  If you do not own an installation of Lotus Notes 4.6 (TM) or later,
  you can watch the screen-movies in the folder "Movies".
  They have been saved as self-running programs, so you do not need 
  additional software.

- In the files "WAGS_Installation_Guide.pdf" or "Guide.pdf", you 
  find a detailed description of the different steps necessary for 
  installation and configuration of the system.
  To read this file, you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 (TM)
  or later. You can download it from the Adobe Website:
  http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html 

- In the folder "Install", you find the program "WAGSmain.exe".
  Start it to de-compress the installation files for the main
  components of WAGS.

- Furthermore, you find the program "WAGS_Ana.exe", which contains 
  the installation files for the WAGS Analyzer.

- The file "Analyzer_update.zip" contains a bugfixed version of the 
  file "WAGS Analyzer.exe". After you have completed the regular 
  installation of the WAGS Analyzer, you can replace the existing 
  "WAGS Analyzer.exe" with the updated one.
  This will prevent the WAGS Analyzer from crashing if write-protected 
  files are contained in your Lotus Notes (TM) data directory.
