IBM feedback project description

In this project, you will work directly with the IBM Lotus Information Development Center (IDC) team to provide feedback about the documentation offered with a team collaboration software product called IBM Lotus Quickr for Domino. This opportunity is a great way to get first-hand experience working with technical professionals at IBM and have a direct impact on the future of IBM software documentation.

To complete this project, you simply follow these three easy steps:

(1) Obtain your Lotus Greenhouse ID and password. Lotus Greenhouse is a live community Web site where you can use Lotus collaboration products such as Quickr for free! Join the community to exchange ideas, collaborate with others, and share information on innovation and collaborative products.

(2) Fill out and submit an online survey. The survey is designed to take you through some basic tasks using the version of Quickr that is hosted on Lotus Greenhouse and ask you for your opinion and feedback about the documentation you use along the way.

(3) Join the IDC team on the phone for an hour-long roundtable discussion where you can introduce yourselves and speak your minds very freely and openly about your experiences with the Quickr documentation. You will be talking directly to the team that creates the documentation, so you can rest assured that your feedback will be heard loud and clear.
