Speaker: Chris Miller
SW 3-4 - Monday 1:00pm - 2:00pm

IBM Workplace Collaboration Services 2.5 and now IBM Lotus Domino 7. LDAP is even more important in your organization. Integrated identity management is the key to integrated collaborative systems. One way to implement this is integrating external LDAP-compliant directories into your collaborative infrastructure. This updated session from 2004/2005 will explore the benefits of and techniques for putting external LDAP directories to work with the IBM software products, including the new IBM Workplace Collaboration Services 2.5, IBM Websphere Portal, Lotus Domino and the extended Lotus Domino product family. We'll focus on management, security, architecture and ease of design. LDAP directories such as Active Directory, SunONE and IBM Directory Server and more will be used as examples.
