General Information
Installation Notes Client
We recommend that you start using the Lotus Notes 6 Client as soon as possible to become familiar with it's features and functionality. Assignment 2 requires to use the Lotus Notes Client.
You can find an installation guide here:
Installation of IBM Lotus Notes 6 (not available in English)

Support Notes installation
We will support the installation of the Notes Client in case you encounter any technical problems. Therefore we will create a special e-mail address. The address will be published within this week in the News section of the course log. Alternatively, you can call the GCC computer lab in room E5.318 every workday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The phone number is 05251 - 60 - 3367.

The final written exam will take place in Audimax on 25-Feb-2003 16:00. Following the students' unanimous vote to give the lecture in English, we intent to conduct the final exam in English as well. As announced, students are required to carry out three mid-term assignments and pass the final written exam in order to obtain 2 credit points. Given this background, the final written exam will be in multiple-choice format.
We herewith ask you to respond to Ingo Erdmann via e-mail if you do not agree.

New team for assignment 3:
From next week on, the teams for working together on assignment 3 will automatically be put together randomly by using the Winfo-Portal profile documents created in assignment 1. This week, we still need two voluntary teams that create questions for the topics covered this week.
Questions have to be created in English language. Each team has to create 4 multiple choice questions (1-4 correct choices out of 4 possible choices) and 2 "fill in the blank" questions. You have to send these questions, including explanations of the correct choices, to Ingo Erdmann using plain e-mail. Please do not include file attachments.
